UPDATE: Significant Construction Progress Made

Significant Construction Progress Made

If you've driven past our construction site in Pleasanton, you've probably noticed something big has been happening. The 20-foot berm at the community's northern boundary has taken shape. Once complete, the slopes will include lush landscaping and water features, and will connect directly with Stoneridge Creek's plant operations building.

Our site-work team has also been busy installing the utility backbone that will serve both Stoneridge Creek and the neighboring improvements. The "wet" utilities, including storm, sewer and water lines, are complete and crews are now working on "dry" utilities such as communications, gas and electric lines.

The extension of Stoneridge Drive is largely complete — with curbs, gutters and pavement taking the place of a gravel construction road. If you happen to drive by, notice the unique notched curbing directing rain water runoff to landscaped bioswales constructed along the new roadway. This allows for the water to be recycled naturally into the area's water system, rather than hurrying it off to the bay.

The relatively dry weather means construction is on schedule, and we're hoping for many sunny days in the winter ahead.

We'll keep you posted on our progress! In the meantime, email or call us at
