It's Unanimous
The final vote by the Pleasanton City Council unanimously approving the development plans of California's newest Continuing Life® community came last week and, according to attendees, was long overdue.
"You could hear the cheers a mile away," claims Barbara Hempill, a future resident of Stoneridge Creek. We'd move in tomorrow, if we could. We can't wait to see construction begin."
The efforts of future residents, who have been attending city council meetings and meeting with city leaders throughout the approval process, have finally paid off! Soon, area seniors will be able to see their community grow from the ground up. The picturesque, maintenance-free 50-acre campus will feature close to 20 different floor plans to choose from, plus numerous services and state-of-the-art amenities on site including multiple dining venues, a fitness center, spa, short-game golf course, art studio and more.Continuing Life® communities have long set the standard for retirement living in California, and Stoneridge Creek is no exception. One of the primary benefits is the security of a full continuum of care available and included with assisted living, skilled nursing care and memory support, if you ever need it, for as long as you need it.
"We couldn't be more excited," says Troy Bourne, Vice President of Stoneridge Creek. "We have the vision, the experience, the resources, and now we have the city's full support to make Stoneridge Creek a reality."
