We're Getting Our Hands Dirty!

Following Stoneridge Creek's unanimous approval at the city council last month, our development team has been busy getting ready for construction. Our architect is continuing work on the design and development drawings. The city's civil engineer is finalizing work on the road and utility design. In addition, we've been on site obtaining core samples of the soil (see photo above). Our geotechnical and structural engineers use these samples in designing the foundations for the community's buildings.

So now, after years of anticipation, it's exciting for all of us here at Stoneridge Creek to be "getting our hands dirty"!
