New Homes Released for Reservation

Due to the continued strong demand for homes in Stoneridge Creek's first phase, 115 additional homes will be made available for reservation on February 1, 2012.

These homes, ranging in size from one-bedroom apartments to our largest single-story villas, will be made available for reservation and occupancy along with the 304 homes that have already been released and largely reserved. In addition, several unique floor plans have been added to the Phase 1 selection.
