Work Begins on Stoneridge Creek Site

After nearly a decade of planning and preparing, work has begun on the future site of Stoneridge Creek. Top Grade Construction, a leading Bay Area engineering firm has been selected to manage the effort.

With over 20 years of experience in the Bay Area, Top Grade has developed an extensive portfolio of work in Pleasanton (Bernal and Busch Ranch Subdivisions), the Tri-Valley area (Dublin Ranch Subdivision, Downtown Livermore) and through the Bay Area (Stanford University, BART).

Critically important in the contractor selection process was Top Grade's consistent reputation for finishing complicated jobs ahead of schedule. The early heavy lifting is associated with the "mass grading" of the site — re-balancing and compacting the site's existing contours to fit the designed community. Following closely on the heels of the initial site balancing will be the grading of the future roadways, including Stoneridge Drive and their associated infrastructure.
